Food and nutrition
The U.S. government has a department which issues yearly nutritional guidelines which suggest how much people should eat from each food group. The guidelines are frequently revised, based on new research and findings. Besides being used by the general public, the guidelines are important in determining what kinds of food school cafeterias serve.
Many people use herbs and plants from Asia , such as ginseng, as dietary supplements. More people every year are convinced of the nutritional and healing powers of these Asian foods.
