In America , the center of the computer industry is Northern California , and its heart is silicon valley. The area, located just south of San Francisco , includes a huge number of leading companies, such as Apple, Intel and Sun Microsystems. They attract many of the best programmers and researchers from all over the world. Hundreds of thousands of people are involved in making and developing the latest technology.
Silicon Valley continues to grow. Besides all the industries related to computing, the area also includes advanced medical and telecommunications centers. Things change very quickly in Northern California, especially in Silicon Valley , where the future is created.
