Most people don't mind if you take their photography. Of course, it would be polite if you asked them first. If you walk by a private affair, such as someone's wedding which you were not invited to or a private party, it might not be appropriate to begin taking pictures.
It's easier than ever to get your film developed in America. You can drop it off at a supermarket, take it to a store which sells camera equipment or send it away by mail.
More people are using their personal photographys and PCs to create their own greetings cards. With cheap scanners, you can scan photos into a PC. Better yet, get a digital camera and save a lot of hassle. And, with affordable and easy to use programs such as Microsoft's Publisher, you can create great looking posters or cards.
